Dinner for BH and S 19 June 2011

After Tea at Jan's the remainder of us adjourned to dinner at this place.......

Our two guests of honour: BH from Australia and S, who just had had successful surgery
so glad S could join us for dinner
ambience is great: cosy family Italian restaurant

tonight was also Father's Day, but Jan and me had celebrated our Father's Day the Sunday before!!
my High School friend YC and her husband.  I used to cycle to YC's house in the morning, and together we cycled to High School for our Form Six classes! We were not chauffered to school by our parents, unlike you lucky kids today.
the best starter: ESCARGOTS

the snails themselves wer tasteless and chewy, like the siput, but the baked cheese and garlic was heavenly, me and Jan scooped up every bit of garlicky cheesy goodness
one of the mix and match dishes: chicken and ostrich

my order: Aglio Olio which for RM22 consists of plain spaghetti with NOTHING...not even a wedge of mushroom or shrimps, the prawn you see there was contributed by Jan who had the Mix and Match Prawn and Chicken.

Tea at Jan's 19 June 2011 for B.H

PDA....Bus Driver with girlfriend

Angie and I took a coach from the new bus station to my hometown. There were a lot of passengers making unscheduled stops at Muar and other towns, although this is supposed to be an express coach. Then I noticed this well dressed girl who does not seem to be making any "unscheduled stop". In fact she was sitting there for a long time!

What on earth is she doing?
With so many express bus accidents nowadays, you would like the driver to keep his eye on the road!
She is massaging his back, wtf!!!!
Close up of the GF with her roaming hands.
She even needs to balance herself to get physically close to her abang.

Now she is off her seat, giving him VIP treatment, such dedicated devotion you cannot get from a wife. Not only is she well-dressed, she has got on matching white heels.
BON VOYAGE!!!!!
