Petaling Jaya Old Town
For dinner on Sunday (two weeks ago) we decided to go the PJ Old Town, because we have not really explored old town before. Also, son has started working there, and wants to show us where he hangs out and have lunch in Old town.
The bank where he works now.
After taking enough photos of the bank, we went exploring OLD TOWN!
The bus stop
70s style houses
Chicken rice stall outside lean to shed
60s style wooden shops with corrugated tin sheets
Definitiely a STEP back in time....in OLD TOWN!!
Next Post: Where we had our dinner.....
Very jammed when going there for lunch, one of my audit clients was there and my colleagues n i would drive there for lunch. Good food but if it were just me... i rather eat somewhere else, not worth the traffic and looking for carpark!
I have stayed in Old Town for the past 35 years and I still remember the closing of the railway gates @Jln.Templer incorporating the signal bell tone.Good time when u can enjoy a plate of fried kueyteow for RM1.50!
