Buta Ramen gets a review in 8 Days January 30 issue.
This is the cover of the magazine, it is quite an interesting read because it features the home life (reunion?) of Singapore celebs like Xiaxue (Wendy Cheng the blogger) and others that I do not know so well but fun to read about nonetheless.
Please go to page 76 in the "Where to Eat" section
Among the mouth watering food featured, you cannot miss the pictures of the signature Ramen!

Buta is Japanese for pig and this Singaporean ramen joint specialises in Hakata-style ramen and all things pork. All the meat here is sous vide at 68.6 degrees for 24 hours. Order you ramen in Original, Black Garlic or Red Spicy pork bone broth. The signature dishes are "the boss of all ramen" the ahem, Boss Rib Ramen ($13.90) served with flame-grilled ribs glazed in a soy-based "yakitori" sauce, and the Original Chasiu Ramen ($11.90) with pork belly.
