24 July 2016 Bak Kut Teh Dinner for Sister Club at Ban Lian Xiang

For dinner we took them to a Bak kut Teh dinner as it is peculiar only in Malaysia and is scrumptious (to us anyway !)

We chose Ban Lian Xiang as it was within  walking distance from the hotel Four Points Sheraton. 

These are what we had ..

Fu Chuk, tau pok, black sauce trotters 

Bak kut Teh soup button mushrooms pork ribs and belly pork in clay pot 

With Yau char Kwai or chinese cruellers 

Tess wanted to try fish Maw which she saw in the menu 

And chicken feet

Stewed chicken feet in soya sauce .. A good source of collagen.

Washed down with Pu Er tea.
