They have not taken out the purple macaroons yet...and the macaroons were for sale: RM35 for a box of 6! So expensive!

Macaroons are dense cookies made either with coconut or with a coarse almond paste.
Macaron is a dome-shaped biscuit made of egg whites and almond meal, hard to the touch with a chewy interior. This is the macaron u are talking about! =)
They are often confused
so mine is macaron or roon? Confused lah!
