Dinner at Marche!

We never ever tire of having our meals at Marche!!! The open market experience is authentic, the Swiss decor is exotic,  the atmosphere fantastic, the food? c'est magnifique!

There's always a queue to go in.

very excited to see oysters!!

not every day that you get oysters!
without fail, sue will go for the crepe stall
she chooses her fillings

then she waits patiently while the crepe maker goes to work to whip up her masterpiece
*teng teng teng*..the expert crepe maker  in action
so deftly she twirls the "baton", so evenly smooth and just the right thickness throughout, no lumpiness
and puts the sauces, crepe is browned to golden crispness, no burnt spots or kinky edges
then she adds the fillings: whatever you want: with or  without greens

she doesn't mind waiting because her crepe is made by Big Ah E

then she rolls effortlessly without spillage
she is none other than my sister the MASTER CREPE MAKER
she is so good she has been interviewed by local English and Chinese media, featured in magazines : monthly and weeklies, adorned the Marche website, and she now trains new crepe makers from newly opened outlets; but no one can match her in skill and expertise and consummate finesse in the art of crepe making!
happy with her crepe: ham

done to perfection
we also had whole chicken
the obvious
chicken sausage and garlic sausage
kid's picky meal
crispy, crackly skinned pork knuckle
grandaughter enjoying her picky kid's meal
always, always we dine at Marche
our happy group
done!!
night falls outside Marche, but the crowd is lining still, to get in

see? the queue is up to here!

the damage? $91 for a party of 10!!
