Recipes for Tefal Cooking Class with Chef Andri Hadi(Chicken Paprika Fajita and Prawn Tuna Canape)

Chicken Paprika fajitas and Prawn Tuna Canape


Here are the recipes for the cooking demo:

Chicken Paprika fajitas
Ingredients

chicken breasts (5 pieces 180 gm each without skin)
2 sweet potatoes
2 carrots
1 stalk celery
peel garlic 100 gm
2 red bombay onions
tomato puree 1 medium can
1 red, yellow and green capsicum each
fresh shitake musroom 250 gm
paprika powder 1 tbsp
fine salt 5 dash
white pepper 3 dash
fresh basil 1 stalk
olive oil 5 tbsp
pita bread 5 pieces

Method

1. preheat Tefal Pressure cooker, 

add in olive oil. Put in sliced garlic, tomato puree, chicken breast, stir well.

2. cut sweet potato carrot celery red bombay onion into medium cubes, put in Tefal pressure cooker and stir well.

 Add paprika powder, fine salt, white pepper powder and sliced shitake mushroom. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
3 Slice red green and yellow capsicum, preheat tefal talent fry pan at low temperature and shallow fry pita bread on both sides till light brown.

4 Preheat tefal fry pan at medium temperature and add in mixture from pressure cooker except breast (to thicken gravy)

5. Add in slice capsicum, stir fry for 1 minute. Do not overcook capsicum.
6. slice chicken breast 



and place it at the centre of the pita bread, add in mixture from talent fry pan.

7. add basil leaves, fold the pita bread and cut into half.


8.  Serve.



2.Prawn Tuna Canape

Ingredients

tiger prawn 500 gm
tuna flakes 300 gm
mayonnaise 100 gm
peeled garlic 50 gm
red bombay onion 1
red, green capsicum 1 each
sunflower seed 1 tbsp
slat 2 dash
white pepper powder 2 dash
olive oil 2 tbsp
butter 50 gm
french loaf 1 pc
egg 3
chive 1 stalk
korean strawberry5
slices cheese 3 slices

Method
1. remove prawn shell slightly cut in centre and clean prawns
2. chop finely the garlic and mix well with butter, fine salt and white pepper, marinate prawns for 15 minutes

3. Preheat tefal talent fry pan with low heat and whisk eggs.  add in salt, pepper. cut french loaf into 15 cm slices, dip in whisked eggs fry lightly in olive oil till golden brown
4 cut red and green capsicum, bombay onions, into cubes.  put in bowl and add tuna flakes, mayonnaise, sal pepper sunflower seeds and mix well.
5. preheat tefal talent fry pan on medium heat and stir fry marinated prawns till cooked.
6. place french loaves on serving plate, add sliced cheese, mixed tuna and prawn on french loaves
7 Garnish with chives, and Korean strawberries.
