Miss Marple's Tea Room

Before we started our trip at Mount Dandenong, we had tea at

Miss Marples Tea Room.......

 Miss Marples ala Agatha Christie

 These are what we chose...

 coffee, hot chocolate and a pot of tea

 Miss Marple's open sandwich 

 super slimming Atlantic salmon with salad on sour-dough

Champagne ham, English cheddar and chutney fingers

Devonshire scones 

waffles

served with Miss Marple's own home made jam and lashings of freshly whipped cream

 A look around revealed an authentic fireplace complete with kettles, pots and pans, and a pile of coal

 more kettles on the mantelpiece

 with ladles and old pots

 Note the ash "poker" and old brass kettles

every part of the wall is utilised

family togetherness for tea
