History teacher selected for exchange program


Lindbergh High School history teacher B. will travel to Malaysia later this year. He is one of 110 teachers nationwide selected to participate in a two-way exchange program that provides professional development opportunities to secondary school teachers.
B. was selected by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, the U.S. Department of State and the International Research and Exchanges Board.

During his two-week trip, B. and his international counterpart will discuss best teaching practices and related educational issues in Malaysia with the host school teachers and with the wider community of educators.
