Right after cross country, they adjourned to Janbo to meet me for lunch. I was late and made a grand entry to a rousing round of applause! Legend has it that one day Buddha was walking along a walled street when he caught a whiff of an aromatic soup so enticing that he leapt over the wall in search of the dish
Hence the name: Fatt Thew Cheong or "Buddha Jumped Over the Wall"
