Today is my old school cross country event, and this is my old class, with form teacher (in brown T). I taught them MUET last year and a week of this year.
The cross country ended very early at 10.30, I was to meet the teachers at 12 noon.

Right after cross country, they adjourned to Janbo to meet me for lunch. I was late and made a grand entry to a rousing round of applause! Ha ha! 20 of my thickest friends have come to make my farewell a success!

Individual bowls of Buddha Jumps Over the Wall
Legend has it that one day Buddha was walking along a walled street when he caught a whiff of an aromatic soup so enticing that he leapt over the wall in search of the dish
Hence the name: Fatt Thew Cheong or "Buddha Jumped Over the Wall"
Double boiled soup with black chicken, mushrooms, bamboo pith, scallops, abalone infused with herbs and simmered for hours

You will be spoilt for choice: shops and shops of bak kut teh, Klang Bak Teh and dry bak kut teh

The "chef" prepared the soup right before our eyes

They replenished the soup when it runs low! at least 3 times.
All this for less than RM50 for a family of 4!!!
