Daniel Green's Healthy Workshop

 This is Daniel Green.  If you think he looks like a model, well, he was a model. A model turned chef.
Healthy chef.....(no oil except virgin olive oil, no fat, no carbs....absolutely not butter or cream, low fat cheese)

 He lost some hefty kilos and now he advocates healthy cooking and eating to help keep slim

 This session was held at BIG grocery, at PUBLIKA Mall, Dutamas Solaris

at the BIG grocer, a sprawling, vast grocery store which also has cafes, eateries and kitchen

 since he is a celebrity chef of sorts, he is stalked by big cameras everywhere

my daughter met her 15 yr old friend and her mom

 my main grouse of this workshop was that it is more a demo, no hands on cooking
