Steamboat Reunion Dinner in 1990
Continuing the tradition
we are still using the morning glory bowls that I always replenish stock from the crockery shop in Batu Pahat. I actually found a blog of someone calling this an antique bowl and selling it online:

picture of TEKO ALLADIN BUNGA KANGKUNG...(Alladin Teapot with KangKung or Morning Glory Flower motif for sale at RM130...we also have this in the cupboard) on the blog above
Ah Beng making his grand entrance.....they also do not make driveway like this anymore...can you see the long walk from the gate to the porch?  You can park 10 cars in this garden.

We are having our reunion at our ancestor home, the place where my kids were born and raised.  Do you like the Grandfather clock and 60's staircase???

We are spending Reunion dinner without the elders who have passed on, wait a minute, we ARE now the ELDERS!!!! I feel old suddenly.

Kids growing up...they used to have steamboat when they were just this high.
grand kids, grand daughter in law, and her two daughters who are the great grand kids

for dessert..what else? mandarin oranges, Grandma used to peel these for us
Emel has extended for another year, and Lina is Uncle Yam's  Indon maid

CNY sugary drinks!
the only hard copy card from relatives in China!
