No Trace of Human Remains: Jalan Macalister Tragedy (Penang Freak Storm)

"We have found no traces of human remains.

"The forensics team failed to find any blood
sample or body tissue from the crate."

I find this incident quite incredulous and sad because this poor driver has been buried with such great force that no trace of his human remians can be found and not a single blood sample or body tissue can be obtained.

watch the video here:
CCTV footage of 25 ton concrete block falling on a car at Menara UMNO in Penang.
The force was so great that not even a body part of the victim was recovered.

GEORGE TOWN: It was a heart-wrenching scene in Jalan Macalister, the worst-hit area of Thursday's freak storm, when a woman cried out for her husband believed to be buried some 5m in the ground.
Lee Chai Song, 48, wailed and called out to her husband Lim Chin Aik, 44, in Hokkien “to come out and don't hide anymore” at the scene.

Lee said she was told at 5pm that the chassis number found on the wreckage matched those of her husband's car.
Lee and Chia Yiang watch as workers try to find the car and the remains of Lim Chin Aik.

GEORGE TOWN: A wrecked car, believed to be a Honda, was found in the 5metre-deep crater in Jalan Macalister today.

Rescue officials, however, said no signs of human remains were found inside.
They later recovered a Honda chassis plate from the wreckage.

Penang Health and Welfare Committee chairman Phee Boon Poh said the car is probably buried under a beam in the crater.
Bernama reported him saying that the broken parts could have been from a Honda City car believed to belong to a man who was reported missing since the day of the accident.
"As of now we have summoned a wrecking tractor to break that beam and recover the car out of it,"he said when visiting the site earlier

"The collapsed structure is very heavy and has caused a hole of about five metres deep. The soil has become unstable with some washed away due to the damaged underground pipes," he told reporters at the scene of the incident Saturday.
