Kuah Jenhan
We place this comedian in our Guest Editor hot seat and
put his talent to the test
He may look like the boy next door but don’t be fooled by it. He’s actually
one talented bloke and was called by a local newspaper as the “killing machine”
for making people laugh till their stomach hurts. A comedian with all the right
ingredients, Jenhan had his first show back in 2006 and later performed
alongside Harith Iskandar and Douglas Lim at last year’s The Best of Malaysian
Comedy in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. This dude is not only good on stage,
he’s also good behind the scenes where he has co-written a play called the ‘Lat
Kampung Boy –Sebuah Muzikal’ which was nominated for best script at the
9th Boh Cameronian Awards. With Father’s Day around the corner,
Jenhan has a show for everyone to enjoy that was inspired from his days with his
late father.

One fun fact we don’t know about you: My heaviest weight was 100kgs when I was in Form 3. Unfortunately, the only 100 I've ever scored in school.
Hobbies: Riding my Tokyo bike bicycle, introspecting, making silly bets with my friends.
What I’m listening to right now: 311 - Amber, Cee Lo Green ft. Laurianna Mae - Only You, Justin Timberlake’s Suit & Tie.
If I was the Prime Minister, I would: Invest in a lottery system where every day one person gets two uses of police outriders escorting you from work to home or vice versa through the jam during rush hours. The condition, it is exclusively for working folks who pay proper taxes. Is this great or what?
Additional info, accolades: The biggest show I’ve done is for 3000 people, the smallest show I’ve done is for 16 people. I was also nominated (read: did not win) in the 9th Boh Cameronian Arts Award for Best Script in a Musical (Lat Kampung Boy Sebuah Muzikal).
However, my favorite awards are from my illustrious sporting career: Tempat Pertama Tarik Tali MBSSKL 2004, and Sijil Penyertaan also known as, pingat kasihan, in all other sporting categories.
The 6 stories I choose for MSN Malaysia Homepage are:
Zach Braff's baby joke
Art deco heaven: Great Gatsby-inspired hotels
The Cannes 2013 Movie Stars Lounge
The Case of: Skinny Ties
Malaysian Condom Maker Mixes Business with Pleasure
