Blast From the Past 2

This is Part 2 of my son's toys for boys
In his early teens

Old antique grandmother (literary) table
in my son's old room
I opened one drawer to find
his old games (CDs)
Another drawer yielded these:
holster and guns from Hatyai and
Motorola cellphone plastic bag
the two toy guns from Thailand: you need to use pellets

The guns actually fire, and these pellets shoot from the guns:
LETHAL!!!
Lethally dangerous!!
No wonder not available in Malaysia!
His first PDA

You actually need a stylus to poke at the "apps"
Another old cupboard...what's inside?
Sony headphones

GAMEBOY!!!!!

You need to buy cartridges like this to play the Gameboy.

Playstation 1.
Before my children could play it "puas puas"
it was struck and destroyed by lightning!!!!
SONY voice recorder.
My son was in a Chinese school and needed me
to give him SPELLING everyday!!
I could manage up to Standard 4 or 5, then it got so difficult,
(I am fully English educated)
he had to use a voice recorder (I could not read the characters any more!)
to record the Mandarin words.

Charice's father murdered

Singer Charice's father murdered in Philippines

Charice's estranged father Ricky Pempengco was the victim of a horrible crime in her hometown of San Pedro, Philippines, yesterday. The star's father was in a local store when he reportedly accidentally bumped into a drunk man. The man immediately attacked Charice's dad, stabbing him in the chest and then fleeing the scene. Charice's father passed away from his injuries.

Charice(19)  and her father(40) "had been estranged for several years but Charice, who has been touring in South East Asia with David Foster, was hoping to reconcile with him."

It's really too bad that she was unable to reconcile with her father before he was murdered.

Charice will fly back to the Philippines and will not appear in the David Foster show in Singapore.

KUALA LUMPUR: A small fire broke out at the GSC cinema in Mid Valley Megamall at about 1.20pm on Tuesday.
The thick smoke from the fire triggered the alarm system forcing scores of movie goers and staff to evacuate.
It is learnt that the fire broke out near the emergency exit of the cinema and possibly due to a short circuit.
A fire department spokesperson said they received a phone call at 1.22pm.
“When we arrived, the fire had been put out by the cinema staff using fire extinguishers," he said.
The cinema is closed to allow for investigations.

Kim Kardashian files for divorce from Kris Humphries after just 72 days of marriage (that's $250,000 earned every 24 hours

It(the wedding) netted the couple a reported $18m from magazine deals, TV coverage and endorsements - that's $250,000 every day.
News of their divorce will no doubt add fuel to the fire that the wedding was merely a cynical manoeuvre to cash in at a time when Kim's star had reached its zenith.

It's over: Kim Kardashian is reported
 to be filing for divorce
 from husband Kris Humphries
after just 72 days of marriage

We're done:
 Court documents filed today
show Kim has filed for divorce on the grounds
 of irreconcilable differences

Insiders have revealed the entire wedding was a sham.
'It was pretty much an arranged marriage right from the start,' one source, close to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians production told RadarOnline.com.
'Kim was looking for a husband and Kris was selected for her, amongst others. She wasn’t really into him but she hoped she would be able to develop some feelings, but it never happened.'
The date of Kim and Kris's separation is listed as today (October 31), divorce papers logged with the Superior Court of California show.

SHAM WEDDING!!!
