Bumblebee charity movie, anniversary dinner

Had a busy weekend or rather Saturday ! Helped in charity movie event visited my grandson and went for anniversary dinner of our daughter club.

These girls are so excited they rushed for Jimmy’s Van even before it stopped and didn’t even hear me say “the doors are not even opened yet!”

Anyway this IS is the bus that will take them to the cineplex

The kids finished the movie and had lunch packs

Then I visited my adorable TT!!! He’s so squeezable!

At night I went for this great dinner ..free!   Invited by our daughter club

Year end Christmas party dinner

Our club had our year end party dinner on 27 dec 2018 at Fine Blend Pub 

Nice “Live House” and Bar





Since we are subsidized rm30 I thought it would be great for me to order the most expensive dish on the menu as did about 4 of us ..the iberico pork.

Here it is ..However our iberico pork was a great disappointment, it tasted bland and worst of all, it Left us still hungry so we had fish and chips to share.

So apart from the bland and overpriced Iberico pork chops it was a pleasant evening ! 

Happy Winter Solstice 冬至快乐

Today 22 December 2018 is Winter Solstice 冬至 but I have not observed this festival since I married into a teo chee family.

I have nearly forgotten about it when my mother asked me, “ have you taken your tang Yuen ( 冬至 ) soup ? Only then I realized that I have overlooked this festival ! 

My husband is on duty today so his nurse gave him a bowl of tang Yuen soup!! So nice right? 

My brother was born in 21 dec so he’ll never forget the festival ! 

Happy winter solstice !!! 

Farewell to our classmate

A few weeks ago we had a Chinese dinner at Lake Club by other classmates for her .


Good that most of us were able to make it, together with her mum and our instructor.
