Solaris @ Mont Kiara and SOHO KL

Solaris @ Mont Kiara is the latest addition to the commercial supply in Mont Kiara region. It comprises rows of ground floor shops with office floors above and the

office suite towers of SOHO KL with two levels of retail space.

Looks busy and bustling

Many restaurants, cafés and pubs are scattered around the six streets in this commercial area while retail space in the SOHO KL are mainly tenanted by

restaurant operators.

So,we went there at night with Big Bro and Nancy
when they called to meet up for dinner.

 And looked for a place to dine

We walked around a little bit

It may look bustling,

but was actually quite pedestiran friendly with lots of paved sidewalk

and railings, railguards at the side for the safety of pedestrians

Eldest bro and youngest bro.....a span of more than a decade

between their ages

 Lots of choices to pick for dinner

 Euro Deli...Meatworks

 Thai Culinary delights

Bali Food....

Finally we chose Chinese cuisine

at Peking Duck @Solaris

 Peking Duck Malaysian Style served with only one bamboo steamer of  crepe, one plate of sauce
and one dish of parsely...the rest of the meat was fried in their signature noodle dish (not shown here).

Big Bro and Nancy are visiting from US

 Very pleasant dining at the sidewalk terrace

 You can watch the world go by

They will be leaving the next day

The Peking Duck was unceremoniously dumped in front of us and comes with only one wrapping: crepe and one garnish: chinese parsley and only one sauce: the brown sweet sauce!!

I have been pampered by Johor Bahru Peking Duck and Hong Kong Peking Duck which were both delicious and they cut the duck in front of you and serve it to you with a variety of wrappings, sauces and different garnishes!  Then, you can have the option of taking the bones home or have it cooked in soup or fried with noodles.
