Went for a Book/s Reading session at this place in Bangsar:
I was very taken in by the renovated lay out of the place:
all done by Sek San
this is the front garden of the house, it has
a tree and a water feature
the downstairs office overlooks the garden

you can study, or entertain at the patio
roots from overhead creepers are allowed to grow downwards
this is actually the car park!
