La Cucur at MPH Mid Valley

Went to Mid Valley MPH to buy books for small daughter

There was this paper craft store with fantastic display
actually photos do not do justice, I could not photograph details
somebody with golden hands is also a prolific producer of paper craft
Chinese wedding themed cutouts and cards with double happiness insignia
there is no price tag on hand made handicraft
I want to let you in on this fantastic deal : the La Cucur set
you can choose 1 piece of kueh (ONLY ONE PIECE???)
Such a steal for RM8.90...one kuih, one dish of the day (today is Mee Curry )and 1 beverage

enjoying her kuih while waiting for dish of the day
quiet eating corner of MPH
Looks Yummy? Taste yummy too!

She is so desperate for me to buy her books that her hair is done up for ballet, we will go straight there after lunch and shopping
what did she choose? VAMPIRE!!! books

What's with pre teens nowadays? Used to be Enid Blyton would do nicely for kids, now, thanks to Bella and Edward, only VAMPIRES will suffice!

FOOTNOTE: LA CUCUR IS NOW CLOSED!!!!
THEIR LEASE HAS EXPIRED
AND THE PLACE IS NOW TAKEN OVER BY A STATIONERY SHOP
