Christmas comes early for us at Iwakl. We had xmas lunch on 3 December at Elegantology, Publika Square.
Dress code was red and we had a good turnout....this is after many has left.....

Soup of the day (golden pumpkin with seafood)
I had this and it was good!
Grilled scallop with Cod Roe:armelised caulifloer puree, cumin volute, fresh seasonal lettuce
there were 3 choices for mains:
Lamb Oso Bucco
Pasta ala vongole: clam pasta olio style cooked with saute Clam, Chili Flake, Garlic, Basil, and Extr Virgin Olive Oil.
Panseared Seabass:
Pumpkin Mousse, Lemon Zest Emulsion, Semi Dried Cherry Tomato and Ginger Flower Foam.
I had this Lamb Oso Busso
Served with Belgian Mash, Summer Glaze Vegetables, and Shallot Reduction.
Desconstructed Creme Brulee
Grapefruit, Coconut Tapioca and Raspberry Granita
served with free flow of fruit punch
ended with coffee
and carrot cake from Amarat
Puan Sri Crystal with her mom from Las Vegas
President is hugging me, many have left but we still stay on
organising committee tallying the takings
Thanks for taking care of the logistics!
We lingered over coffee and stayed to chit chat and take more photos!
