Whose/what blueprints are these?

In the dead of night, I looked for something in someone's briefcase and I came across a set of blueprints/drafts for some construction or other.  Whose? What? I secretly photographed the whole set and post them up here.....heh heh heh!!!

so meticulously drawn and labelled

specific measurements for specific pieces

seemingly simple

deceptively easy to decipher....

BUT....

what are they for?

 Prison grilles?

 guard house to prevent me from going out to too many massage/facials/events/weddings??

 Boom Gate?
