Welcoming Tea at Chynna and Peking Duck

At the entrance of Chynna Restaurant was this drum with a display of tea ingredients
the waiter explained that it went into the making of the welcome free drink
the tea consists of eight ingredients
Arhat fruit or lo han kuo 
red dates

chrysanthemum
 Jasmine tea
Hawthorn
wolfberry or goji berries
ginseng
 brewed into a cup
ceremonious pouring of tea
like teh tarik!!

 then he cut the Peking duck for us





 to be wrapped with crepe: compare this with the Hong Kong Peking Duck with Su Su or Polly Leau:

 duck skin
duck meat
 We had coffe and camomile tea at the Executive Club

and I found that Ismail had once taken me for mamak mee supper at 1st college!
