Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan treated two young fans to a billionaire's day out when he spotted them in the newly-promoted side's replica shirts in his home country in Malaysia.

Aneurin, ten, and Ioan Dixon, six, were holidaying in Malaysia with parents Geoff and Sian, who were unaware the resort they were staying in was owned by Bluebirds chief Tan.
When the Cardiff owner heard about the two youngsters wearing their replica shirts in the resort, he immediately upgraded the family to the presidential suite!!!! and invited the children on a snorkelling trip.

Living the high life: Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan took Aneurin and Ioan Dixon and a luxury snorkelling trip

Family affair: Tan upgraded the Dixon family to the presidential suite after the kids were spotted in Cardiff kits
'The boys were wearing their Cardiff City kit at check-in - we didn't think anything of it,' said mother Sian.
'But we had a letter delivered to our room asking us to contact reception and asked if we would like to meet Mr Tan.
'We got picked up in a minibus and were taken to his villa in the hills.
'Mr Tan made a big fuss of the boys - he was thrilled they support Cardiff City.

Enthusiastic: The boys' mother said Tan was very family orientated and wanted to show them Malaysian sights

Luxury: Tan took the family on a trip on his boat to see a Great Reef shark
'He seemed very family orientated and wanted us to see a reef shark. He took us
diving and was teaching my sons how to do it.
'He seemed a real family man and very proud to share how beautiful his country is. My sons are still in a state of shocked delight.'
The family spent about an hour in the water and were served coffee and Malaysian food on board before returning to the resort.

Back home: Tan has pumped millions into Cardiff City, celebrating the club's promotion to the top flight (below)

When they returned to Mr Tan's luxury Berjaya hotel on the island of Tioman they were moved into the Presidential suite for the rest of their holiday.
Tan has pumped significant funds into the club, bankrolling their promotion to the top flight for the first time since 1962 after winning last season's Championship.
However, he alienated a large part of the club's fanbase when he rebranded the club last year, including switching the home strip from blue to red and making the welsh dragon the significant part of the club's crest.
