We checked into Rocana
a fairly new hotel in Kuantan

I thought my luggage was too big for a 3 day 2 night stay, but Jan's bag dwarfs mine!!!
Rocana's rooms decor is minimalistic and zen like...tables are three planks with no drawers, that sort of thing

she takes a cocktail of vitamins and supplements: collagen, fish oil, royal jelly, aloe vera, placenta, I name it, she takes it.....
come, take these to stay forever young and be always on the go, like me, she says
