Dinner Hosted by Jakarta Rotarians

For our last night in Jakarta, our hosts treated us to local fare at Pondok Laguna!

we had this: dancing Tilapia


 so crispy it stood upright

every part of the fish could be chewed

masticated

and crunched

Poor fish actually.....

 chili for the dancing fish

 fish in claypot curry..signature dish
 rice..so fragrant and fluffy

 all gone, good to the last drop!!!

Thumps up for Pondok Laguna: James highly recommends this place, he comes to Jakarta often and dines here all the time.
