Birthday girl and "Hit the Lights" singer Selena Gomez, 20, brightened up in a Dsquared2 dress, which she paired with Herve Leger heels.
The delighted star was presented with birthday cupcakes as she received her award from actors Kevin Hart and Nina Dobrev onstage at the event.

After the event, Justin took her out for a birthday dinner bash at Il Cielo Restaurant.

Justin and Selena were joined by a group of friends as they arrived at the Il Cielo restaurant in Beverly Hills in his $150,000 West Coast Customs Mini Bus

She wore her hair swept up in a chic updo and accessorized the romantic frock with Lorraine Schwartz jewels, a sparkly Edie Parker clutch, and nude peep-toe heels.

The "Both of Us" singer selected a Maria Lucia Hohan dress, Prada heels, Lorraine Schwartz jewels and an Edie Parker clutch.
