Section 14 Petaling Jaya Walkabout

Young daughter had ballet examination practice at Federal Academy of Ballet at Section 14 so dad and me fetched her there as I loathe to negotiate the traffic from Puchong to PJ....just as well, we took the chance to walk about the area!
First there was a Ramadhan Bazaar but we did not buy any food as we just had dinner

then, we walked to Jaya 33, we had to use the overhead bridge
I have been here before, for a spa session at the rooftop, True Spa, part of True Fitness
from here we could see the demolished Jaya Supermarket, and some construction in its place
Jaya 33 at dusk
He has never been here before.
then he saw the "Digital Mall" that got him excited
inside the digital mall, in the same style as Low Yat Plaza
Touted to be the largest computer retail outlet in Malaysia and endorsed by Malaysia Book of Records
 he had to buy something
Sim City Deluxe, just came out last week
(for little daugher...she had a missing infant due to neglect)
he even had the chance to buy shoes and sandals!
Malay girls breaking their fast in the shoe shop
Exhausted from all that walking, we went into Ipoh Kopitiam, my throat was parched!
Nice ambience, bustling and cosy, with a cute and easy traffic flow lay out
very nice and cheap iced Ipoh coffee..only RM3.80
and the most yummy fried mee..only RM4.50
I had iced water, hot kopi o and 2 soft boiled eggs....our bill came to only RM12.30!!!!!!!
Verdict: nice evening for these two oldies,
If not for the ballerina, Dad would not have the chance to walk around
Section 14!!!!!
